Refund policy
At CupJerseyStore, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, under the following conditions.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All tags and packaging must be included.

Customized jerseys (with names, numbers, or special patches) are final sale unless defective.

If return conditions are not met, we may offer a partial refund or decline the return.
Return Process:

Pack the item securely with original packaging and include your order number and preference (refund/exchange).

Ship to the address we provide. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds:

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Customer covers return shipping for exchanges unless due to our mistake.
